Terms and Conditions

These terms define the relationship between Falak Express and the customer, and clarify the responsibilities during shipping operations.

1. Definitions:

  • Customer: The individual or entity using our services.
  • Shipment: The parcel(s) sent through Falak Express services.
  • Waybill: A document confirming the shipment details.

2. Our Responsibility:

We are responsible for delivering shipments safely to the specified address.
In case of delay or damage, our maximum liability is USD 100, unless additional insurance has been agreed upon.

3. Prohibited Items:

Shipping of hazardous or banned materials is strictly prohibited. This includes (but is not limited to):
Weapons, explosives, alcohol, live animals, etc.

4. Billing:

Charges are calculated based on weight or dimensions.
Additional fees may apply if the provided shipment information is inaccurate or incomplete.

5. Complaints & Claims:

All complaints or claims must be submitted within 30 days from the shipment date.

6. Privacy:

We respect your privacy.
We will not share your data with any third party without your consent, unless required by law.
